How to spread the cost of holiday home ownership?
Subletting your holiday home is an excellent way of contributing towards the overall running costs. We appreciate this is a big investment for a new lifestyle for you and your family. To help spread the cost, we operate a scheme that removes all the hassle and help to maximise letting opportunities.
We carry out the following:
- All direct mail, which includes mailers and full colour brochures. All advertising including national and regional press, TV, radio and the Internet.
- All correspondence with Holiday Makers
- Collect all payments on Holiday Owner’s behalf.
- Clean the Holiday Home between lettings
- Replace any equipment, breakages and renew Calor Gas cylinders when empty.
- Arrange for gas and electrical appliances to be inspected each year and maintain them to the standard required.
- At the end of each season we will send the Owner a computerised Statement of lettings showing a breakdown of lettings for the season, together with a Statement of Account showing details of expenses, i.e. Calor gas, repairs and site fees, which have been deducted. The “end of season” may differ year by year depending upon demand.
- Our charges for carrying out the above is partly offset by interest earned and also on the fact payment is not made until the end of season. As a result, our charges are limited to 15% + VAT.
All you need to do is:

- Enjoy your holiday home, as often as you like for as long as you wish
- Earn money from your holiday home, not worrying about the running costs
In your first 3 years of ownership we will guarantee an income to cover your annual site fees*
*The amount earned varies of letting grade and number of weeks your holiday home is available for sublet.
